PROGRAM AVAILABILITY

Some options may be limited! Based on our program structure and the time of your registration, some programs and/or bus locations may not be available. 

 

Each Skijammers Division has limited capacity for skiers and snowboarders as well as age groups and program offerings. If the program you desire isn't available at a specific Division it's because we are at capacity for your child's age or program.

 

• The Ski Chevron Program is only available to kids 7 years and older at all Divisions.
• The Snowboard Chevron Program is available to kids 7 years and older at all Divisions. 
• The All Mountain Program is for kids who have completed the Chevron Program and are at least 11 years old. It is an instructor-based program. It is currently available at all Divisions
• The Instructor Training Program is for kids who are interested in becoming an instructor and is open to kids 13 years and older. It is currently available at all Divisions.
• The FLEX program is an option for kids age 12 and older and IS NOT an instructor-based program. It is currently available at all Divisions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you register for an available open slot it is not transferrable to a different division or bus location.

Skijammers Pricing:

• Membership Fee: $100 (Non-refundable)
• Program Fee: Fees for the instructor-based program of your choice. It is a seasonal price and is not pro-rated weekly.
• Transportation Fee: Transportation is optional, however, members must choose to have it or not. It is a seasonal price and is not pro-rated weekly. 

We offer Payment Plans for Program Fees for your convenience with a $100 non-refundable Membership Fee Payment.

 

EARLY REGISTRATION PRICING

Saturday Programs (Coach based programs for kids 7-17 years old)

• $390Program Fees (Does not include Transportation.) The price increases to $420 on June 1 and $440 on September 1.
•  $190 Transportation Fee

Saturday FLEX Programs (Optional for kids 12 years and older)

You should only choose the FLEX Program if your child does not want lessons.

• $190 Program Fees (Price does not include Instructor Lessons or Transportation)
• $190 Transportation Fee

Payment Plan Options: 

1. Pay in Full
2. Pay $100 now and the balance in two automated payments: October 1, 2024, and December 1, 2024

Student enrollments made beginning December 1, 2024, are required to make payment in full.

 

This registration will enable you to enroll your children in Skijammers Ski & Snowboard School.  You will be asked to provide contact information, sign consent, and submit payment.  Additionally, you will be asked to provide information about medical history and care information.  If there is a field with an * it requires input.  You can enter "None".  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard account information available.

 

Cancellation Policy: The Skijammers Membership Fee of $100 is non-refundable. Additional Skijammers Program Fees and Transportation Fees will be fully refunded for cancellations prior to December 1, 2023. Between December 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, Skijammers Program Fees and Transportation Fees will be refunded at 50%. After January 1, 2025, refunds are NOT provided for cancellation and will be retained to pay for program cost obligations. A refund is not provided if a participant is removed from the program due to behavior issues.

 

Skijammers Make-up Day Policy: In the event of a Skijammers cancellation(s) during weeks 1 through 5. Skijammers will provide one (1) make-up day on Sunday, February 23, 2025. This make-up day is scheduled in advance and we cannot run more than one make-up day. In the event of a cancellation during weeks 6–8 there will be no make-up session. Because we make every effort to go on our scheduled trips cancellations may come as late as Saturday Morning. Notice will be posted on the Skijammers Hotline 952-473-1288 Ext 1, our Facebook and Twitter accounts, and www.skijammers.com. In the event that notification comes at the last-minute we will also deploy chaperones to the Bus Stops to notify families. There will not be a refund for days not attended, or for canceled days that are unable to be rescheduled.
